Maesa is seeking a hardworking, full life cycle Recruiter Consultant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recruiting experience from either agency or in house, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

• Oversee full life cycle recruitment for open internal roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Manage relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified and active candidates
• Draft job descriptions and post accordingly
• Prepare search status reports and present updates to team

 Skills & Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus - ATS a must
• Experience in marketing, digital, e-commerce, social, finance, operations/supply chain roles a plus
• Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates and offers
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Owns all recruitment end-to-end
• Strong sourcing skills, LinkedIn, identify passive candidates
