Participates in creating the most appropriate methods for maintaining employee awareness of the program and pertinent laws or regulations pertaining to the organization's business. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance Business Unit Specialist monitors allegations of unethical activity, including violations of Sarbanes Oxley, through evaluation of risk and identification of solutions. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
