Mark III Construction is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for work on commercial/industrial projects in the Sacramento area. Plumbers will perform tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal. Qualifications

Commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade. Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedulesUnderstands the entire scope of the jobAble to manage portions of projects and be the "right hand" to the ForemanCapable of forecasting tasks and materialsMust be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulationsCapable of doing basic take offsAble to prepare equipment and tool listsExperience working on large complex projectsCertification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plusAbility to take initiative and be self sufficientSafety focused at all timesPossess leadership and mentorship skillsMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screenMust have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportationAble to collaborate with other trades and have the "Power of One" mindsetBrand Ambassador for Mark III Construction
