Overview

Charlotesville Health and Rehab in Charlottesvile, Virginia is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. 

Responsibilities

The Bookkeeper is responsible for the maintenance of accounts receiveable and accounts payable, as well as resident trust accounts. The Bookkeeper must accurately key cash receipts, ancillary charges, resident trust account adjustments and financial reports. The Bookkeeper works with center personnel, corporate personnel, auxiliary providers, agencies, residents and responsible partites for resident trust fund information and reporting. The Bookkeeper performs other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the center.

Qualifications

• Associates or two-year college degree required. 
• Minimum one year related experience in an office setting preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills with accounting software knowledge required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and have excellent organizational skills.
