Position Responsibilities

• Opens jobs within the project and time management system (ie, Webvantage)
• Works w/ PM staff to maintain schedules for each project
• Serve as liaison between all departments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Resolves any scheduling issues in order to anticipate and prevent bottlenecks throughout each phase of project
• Works w/ PM staff to maintain daily/weekly project status reports
• Sets up and attends kick off and internal statusmeetings
• Regularly communicates with the project team to ensure all departments are apprised of job status and handoffs
• Documents change orders concisely, accurately, and in a timely fashion
• Tracks and monitors progress of job status across the agency to ensure adherence toschedules
• Support scopes of work/proposals with account teams

Talent & Knack

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or operations field
• Two years of experience working in the pharmaceutical, life science or consulting industries preferred
• Marketing, digital and/or communication agency a plus
• PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
• Demonstrated experience with traffic coordination
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must; familiarity w/ project management software preferred
• Strong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders without authority to meet project deliverables and deadlines
• Candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
