MERITAGE HOSPITALITY GROUP Director of Facilities Salary in the United States

Meritage Hospitality Group is searching for a Director of Facilities. As an ideal candidate for this role, you are experienced with multi-site facilities project management, facilities assessment and planning, selecting and implementing CMMS systems, and procurement for medium- to large-sized organizations. You possess excellent communication skills, financial acumen, departmental leadership, and critical thinking skills.

As Director of Facilities for Meritage Hospitality Group, you will be part of the 2nd largest Wendy’s franchisee in the nation, providing facilities and maintenance direction for over 330 locations across the country. Your responsibility will be to create vision and strategy around optimizing our investment spend in the area of facility maintenance, project management and indirect procurement. You will also have accountability for capital planning and execution related to life cycle and performance capital investment that includes building, equipment, HVAC, refrigeration and project management. Additionally, you will develop and deliver annual facility plans and achieves facility expense targets through regular assessment of expense management initiatives and strategies. As a leader in the organization, you will have direct oversight of facility project management and indirect procurement team members.

This position has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 or more years of relevant management experience
