Job Summary

The Guest Services Concierge greets all persons who arrive on campus or call the main phone number with hospitality and helpfulness. They provide guests, vendors, and residents with desired information, operate the switchboard, and complete office duties as assigned. This person also coordinates and communicates general information and monitors door access security and fire alarm systems.

Job Standards

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer experience is required.
• Previous Receptionist training or experience is helpful.
• Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions and juggle multiple demands for attention.
• Possesses exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
