Role Overview 

Metric is looking to hire a Data Collection Manager for an immediate opening we have in our traffic operations group.
 
Day-to-Day:
  • Managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the Orlando / Lake Mary office.
  • Traffic Analysis / Data Collection for traffic studies
  • Field work and office work (CADD)
  • Counting vehicles at intersections (manually or via video)
  • Placing rubber tubes in road to count traffic
  • Deploying cameras at intersections
What you should bring:
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Adept at multitasking and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A proactive mindset and and willingness to take initiative on tasks assigned
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • CADD experience and/or data collection experience is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation, clean driving history and be willing to travel throughout the surrounding Orlando area
  • Ability to work within time frames and deadlines, and follow strict procedure and safety guidelines
  • Team oriented with strong capability to work independently
  • Drug Test is required
  • Valid Driver License is required
