Description

Objective:

In this full-time position, the employee will be responsible for the Ag Sync launch in District 10. The employee will train all related coworkers on the structure and procedures with the central dispatching unit. They will implement and evaluate the methods utilized and make recommendations for improvement in the future. The employee will oversee all Ag Sync responsibilities within the district. The employee may also be asked to cross train in other areas of the business as needed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Our expectations are that you:

• Are available to work full time hours
• Are available to work weekends
• Are available to work overtime (as needed)
• Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (50-100 pounds)
• Are able to pass a DOT drug test and be qualified to drive per DOT regulations
