 Monster Tree Service is seeking a bright, career minded individual with strong communications and office skills to join our Team. This position will interact with Monster’s customers and employees, providing business assistance and support. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Owner & General Manager with daily tasks such as scheduling and customer service.
• Represent the Monster Tree Service brand by providing outstanding customer support, answering calls and scheduling estimates or service appointments
• Manage Arborist's calendar
• Maintain on-going phone and email communication with current and prospective customers
• Create customer invoices and track deposits in QuickBooks
• Reconcile customer accounts

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Office experience in an administrative capacity with strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & QuickBooks
• A decision maker who can work independently 
• Familiarity with the local area
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential
• A problem solver with a keen eye for detail
• Highly reliable and organized
