Purpose of the Role:

The Associate Marketing Manager is a team player responsible for supporting the marketing team with events, marketing programs, collateral production and related needs to promote the mPulse Mobile brand, communicate our value to the healthcare market and delight our customers / prospects. Improving processes and successfully delivering polished marketing programs to the right people and organizations is the primary goal of this role. This requires being organized and detail oriented, capable of analyzing previous programs and a clear understanding of the larger go to market strategy.

This role will be heavily involved in mPulse’s annual Activate event held each fall.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research to find appropriate events based on GTM strategy
  • Manage marketing calendar
  • Support and identify speaking events and other press opportunities (podcasts, webinars etc)
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Flawless execution on event strategy
  • Measure event and program success
  • Support program marketing initiatives
  • Support development and maintenance of marketing materials
  • Manage a catalog of publishers, groups, industry associations and influencers connected to strategic verticals
  • Support social media strategy and execution
  • Manage the execution of mPulse annual customer event
  • Add / update leads from events and programs to database and appropriate campaigns
  • Support lead gen programs
  • This role requires up to 10% travel

 

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software: HubSpot and Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Some understanding of marketing collateral and development
  • Some understanding of marketing strategy and related programs / events
  • Basic understanding of HTML / CSS preferred
  • Ability to support multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in or strong in learning video editing and marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related discipline (marketing, business, liberal arts) or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience (internships may apply so long as they are significant)
  • Strong interest in marketing
  • Driven / eager to learn and grow
