  • Collate and distribute press releases to all press contacts for each site

  • Manage social media accounts

  • Report on results and activity (effect on impressions, engagements, following etc.)

  • Carry out competitor analysis

  • Coordinate shoots to ensure content gathered for social activity (photography and videography plus interviews etc.)

  • Compose and distribute articles/ blogs for social channels (covering corporate, private and wedding market)

  • Collate and distribute monthly newsletter for sites

  • Coordinate (with Marketing and Events Coordinator) press events as well as attending external events

  • Analyse and report on monthly PR activity

  • Updating memberships with upcoming events and offers

  • Proofread all content for social and internal/ external communications

  • Update TP Listings and website content on a monthly basis

The Successful Applicant:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role

  • Full driver's license and own mode of transport

  • Good written and verbal communications skills

  • A strong team player

  • Good organisational skills

  • A positive attitude towards learning and work

  • Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
