Description
The Corporate Recruiter for NH Learning Solutions Corp (“NH”) will be responsible for providing staffing to the organization. To be successful in this role, the recruiter should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and possess excellent communication skills.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Implements and manages strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Aligns with the company’s mission statement and core values.
• Effectively coordinates with members of the human resources team to achieve common goals.
• Works closely with hiring managers to find and retain top talent for their teams.
• Updates job postings for new roles.
• Skillfully networks to heavily source and attract candidates through social media and other tactics.
• Screens candidates using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Interviews, and recommends prospective employees for all open positions.
• Explain requirements, duties and responsibilities of the open position to the candidates.
• Explains the benefits and compensation of the position to the candidates.
• Organizes all communications and scheduling with candidates.
• Conducts reference checks, make offers, and ensure that new hires know what to expect on their first day.
• Attends career fairs and networking events as needed.
• Collectively maintains our website’s job board and LinkedIn employer profile.
• Works with marketing to create recruiting materials.
• Keeps up to date on staffing trends and applies HR recruiting best practices.
• Participates in continuing education courses to stay up to date on laws, regulations, and best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent experience and training.
• 3+ years of Staffing experience
• Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws
• Excellent communications skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
