The Business Development Manager is responsible for the sales and execution of customized training solutions and consulting that contributes to a stronger workforce by helping to achieve company’s strategic employee development goals. In addition, recruit and maintain strong instructor relationships to enable delivery of value-added training programs. Contribute to the success of the college by meeting revenue goals for the Workforce Training and Professional Development (WTPD) department.
As a member of Leadership, the Business Development Manager will portray a broad institutional perspective that supports the College's mission, vision, and goals while fostering and creating an environment that strives to anticipate and meet customer needs. A Leader will support a shared leadership culture through participation in and facilitation of teams.
In addition, Leaders will live NTCs operating principles of integrity, respect, learning, collaboration, responsibility, innovation, and service.
