Job Details

Education & Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year previous general labor or customer service experience preferred
• Preferred experience in a similar position within a residential community or a reasonable combination of education and experience
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
• Previous kiosk, food handling or relevant experience needed
• Current valid Florida driver’s license is mandatory with acceptable driving history.

• Ability to use a touch screen computer
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to adapt to changes in work flow and processes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work independently when necessary
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
