We need talented people experienced in restaurants and fast food chains. The role requires exceptional phone communication skills. On a daily basis you will handle a high volume of calls and emails, providing assistance for the POS in restaurants. Our goal is help our customers and get them back to feeding hungry people!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• A “can do” approach for receiving customer issues through telephone, email and other avenues.
• Working with team members to address issues as they arise.
• Document your work in a ticketing system.
• Learning new technologies as they are taught on the job.
• Keeping clients informed of ticket progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.

Required Experience

• Restaurant Experience (quick service or fast casual)
• Customer Service Experience

**The hours of this job are Sunday-Wednesday 5am to 4pm OR Wednesday to Saturday 5am to 4pm.
