The overall goal of this position is to support the Executive Officers with their various administrative tasks; special projects initiative/programs and on occasion, personal affairs are performed. This will maximize the utilization of the Executive Officers time.
Tasks/Duties:
1. Receives phone calls and directs them to appropriate recipients. Manages phone calls of Executive Officers and appropriately filters them.
2. Organizes scheduled and plans executive schedules - for meetings and such.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client/vendor/contract files to ensure proper compliance with state and federal guidelines.
4. Performs insurance and contract credentialing.
5. Plans, organizes, and collaborates agency's special events, marketing affairs, conferences, executive and management team events.
6. Effective and efficient communication to appropriate staff regarding updates as well as agency newsletters weekly and monthly.
1. One to three years computer experience
2. Good Clerical and organizational skills
3. Effective with both written and verbal communication
4. Adequate and effective interpersonal skills
