SUMMARY: Provide support to the Ticket Sales & Services Department by assisting with all Sales Platforms, Archtics, CRM and Data Analytics functions. As well, as ticket sales, service and operational requirements. The Coordinator, CRM/Database Analytics will be proficient in all ticket operational tasks including but not limited to daily and weekly reporting, implementing CRM integrations, database maintenance, CRM reporting and procedures, and database management. In addition, will provide support for Committee Member Ticket Services, budget management and marketing, including creating and editing ticket sales collateral and promotional material.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
CRM/Database Analytics:
- Coordinate CRM lead lists and database entry
· Identify data discrepancies by reviewing CRM and Archtics ticketing system for incomplete or incorrect data, including merging of duplicate accounts
· Manage day-to-day operation of Click Dimensions platform, including generating lead lists, lead scoring, form creation and campaign automation for targeted campaigns
- Maintain ClearSlide, Zoom Info, Captivate, Slack, and Adobe Platforms
- Assist in processing in-house orders and payments and work closely with the other departments to ensure prompt and accurate processing of orders
- Assist with printing of ticketed products via Archtics, including technical support for printers
- Miscellaneous ticket logistics/manifest accuracy projects
- Manage ticket database including prospect lists
- Coordinate with management and marketing to execute sales campaigns
General Ticket Department Operations:
· Editing of ticket sales collateral and promotional materials
- Assist with OBC Member Ticket Services as a primary point-of-contact
- Work on-site at select Orange Bowl events
- Assist in managing ticket sales and ticket operations budgets, including submitting PO requisitions, submitting invoices, etc.
- Research and implement processes to ensure accuracy and detail in order to maximize sales efforts
- Create proposals, lead list, and email campaigns to support sales staff
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to assist in editing seating diagrams/maps, and graphics essential to ticket operational functions
· Coordinate the inventory, ordering, and creation of sales and promotional materials
Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director, Ticket Sales and Services
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- Experience with Ticketmaster products, CRM and Microsoft Excel a plus
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all customer account information
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on events, including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Must have professional attitude and appearance and have strong teamwork skills
