ABOUT THE ROLE
Personal Capital is looking for a Communication Manager to help advance our company narrative and drive team member engagement. The role will help develop and promote strategic messaging, and work closely with our PR team and senior leadership to drive and evangelize the goals and beliefs of the company. You will need to have a high degree of professionalism and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable to change and can balance and appreciate the needs for proficiency, accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
Responsibilities Include:
Required Experience For The Position
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field;
• 4-6 years of communications experience working with large, diversified workforce and senior leadership
• Expert level writing, editing and proofreading experience
• Proficiency in numerous traditional messaging media (presentations, speeches, video, social digital platforms, etc.)
