We are seeking multiple Call Center Representatives to join our Oldsmar, Florida Team.   Pinnacle Home Care is a full service Medicare Certified and Florida Licensed Home Health Company locally owned and operated by home health professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional, quality care to the communities that we serve.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manne

• Initial point of contact for calls from clients, caregivers, or employees

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Route incoming calls to applicable service representative to review and address

• Experience with data input, scheduling, document upload, and confirmation or rejection communication

Qualifications

Skills:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual a plus, bunt required
• Ability to multi-task

Education:

• High School Diploma
