What you’ll do:

Perform complex data entry processes. Participate in daily work rotation for inbound and outbound mail as needed.

What you can expect:

• Scan documents according to batch class accurately and timely
• Review scanned images for quality and ensure they are error free
• Index and route to appropriate department/individual accurately and timely
• Perform data entry for bills, policy and claims as needed
• Weigh and document all incoming mail accurately and timely
• Prep, sort and separate according to batch class accurately
• Download all surveillance video to computer on a timely basis
• Copy all Company requested information to disc accurately
• Fulfill internal/ external requests for company collateral and maintain inventory on a timely basis
• Review and correct all returned mail if required
• Identify, route, and date stamp all mail pieces; distribute to appropriate department and/or team recipients accurately, timely and consistently
• Deliver all mail including FedEx, UPS, and packages to appropriate parties efficiently
• Endorse checks, copy and attach documentation into secure designated basket for finance timely and accurately
• Scan various documents from injured worker timely and accurately
• Weigh and log daily mail volume timely and accurately
• Return unidentified mail to sender timely and accurately
• Maintain the file locations of all claim folders; create new/destroy old claim folders on a timely and accurate basis

 Additional Duties:

• Perform backup for other functions as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the table:

High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a degree is strongly encouraged and supported. Scanning experience in a large volume scanning operation is preferred. Working various/multiple function in scanning operations is a plus. Data entry skills required.

Work Environment/Physical Activities:

• Regular attendance required.
• Extensive scanning, telephone, and computer work in an office environment.
• May lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
