We are currently seeking an Internal marker / Front desk receptionist team member for our busy, outpatient physical therapy practice in Hinsdale, IL.

At Progressive Physical Therapy we put patient care first and are looking for someone who has a strong interest in helping others and has a strong sense of community. Qualities that are important for this position include: a friendly, outgoing personality, ability to multitask, great organization skills, the ability to work well on a team

Internal marketer responsibilities:
  • Handle all new patients during PT evaluation to ensure that we establish good communication at the beginning of care.
  • Meeting regularly with current patients to note patient satisfaction throughout care and ensure clinicians are working toward patient goals.
  • Identifying patients as good candidates for success videos – the creation of a successful video at least monthly.
  • Hand out Patient Testimonials to patients on the last visit or second to last visit and get them completed and signed approval to hang on the success wall and included in the success binder for patient review.
  • Collection of quality Your Patient Results Forms directly from patients and also from clinicians to use for promotional purposes with social media and MDs.
  • Completion of patient newsletters.
  • Posting and upkeep of Facebook, Twitter, and website.
  • Sending new patient welcome letters daily.
  • Email campaign development.

Front desk responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Welcoming patients as they arrive.
  • Answering phones.
  • Scheduling patients.
  • Ensuring that patients attend their appointments.
  • Collection of patient payments.
  • New patient intake/communication.
  • Verification of Insurance Benefits.
  • Explanation of Benefits to newly evaluated patients.

The Position:
We’re looking for Administrative Assistant/Patient Service Specialist the pay range we’re offering is $12 to $13 / hour. This is a full-time position in a well-established clinic in Hinsdale, IL.
