Quality Branded is hiring an in unit Human Resources Coordinator.  Responsibilites include office management for restaurant and Human Resources functions to be supported by the Human Resources Department.  

Position Summary:  This position is responsible for all office activities including reservation management (Open Table, Resy), office technology services (Toast, Bevager, Foodager, Compeat), Human Resources (Makeshift and ADP), marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the reservation management system using Open Table and Resy systems.
• Coordinate with FOH Managers and/or Host team on use of reservations systems.
• Recruit hourly staff including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, initiating digital onboarding.
• Update all menus when changes occur.
• Print new or additional menus for service as needed as well as scheduled private events.
• Maintain pars of office supplies and order new supplies when needed, oversee maintenance of office equipment and office organization.
• Maintain pars for all paper goods at all locations.
• Responsible for tracking reviews to allow trend identification.
• Present at all manager meetings, take notes and distribute recaps.
• Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures.
• Maintain guest facing menu boxes
• Assist and facilitate with the distribution of marketing materials and programs in all locations.
• Ensure website is up to date.
• Assist management with administrative and HR duties including but not limited to:
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Employee Relations: partner with Senior Director of HR to ensure that employee concerns are addressed.

Essential Job Duties:
• Able to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
• 90% seated for the shift. Occasional standing, bending, lifting.
• Able to work days and holidays; nights and weekends upon request.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
• Able to clearly and accurately communicate with guests and co-workers in English (including reading, writing, and speaking).
• Computer proficient with in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of Open Table and Resy reservation systems, Compeat, Toast, HRIS systems
• Maintain general knowledge of restaurant and reservation management.
• Maintain excellent communication skills with management, employees, and guests. Has the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with guests over phone.
• Possess excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills, and able to multi-task.
• NYC Restaurant experience 3+ years, or relevant equivalent.
• At least two years of previous experience in an office environment or similar position is preferred.
