Quality Communication is looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our ever-expanding team of field technicians. As an authorized vendor for Cox Communications for over 15 years, we are dedicated to providing Quality service in the fields of telecommunication and low voltage services. We specialize in installation of the latest audio, video, cable, security and home automation technology product available on the market throughout the greater Phoenix area.
Requirements for this position:
Must have 1+ years in of experience in the cable, fiber optic, security installation, home automation or low voltage fields. (Preferref)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be fluent in English. Biliingual speakers are welcome to apply.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must pass a drug screen
Must be able to lift and carry up to 70lbs
Must be capable of carrying a 28' Extension Ladder
Must have to availability to work an 8 to 10 hour shift continuously at least 5 days a week Monday thru Sunday between the hours of 7:00 am MST and 6:00 PM MST

THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. You must be able to climb, stand, bend, squat, lift, and carry tools and product continuously to perform services throughout the day in the execution of your duties. You must be comfortable interacting with multiple customers daily, working in confined spaces and working outside in extreme weather conditions. **

Compensation:
Pay structure is production-based pay. The more work you complete the more money you make.
Technicians pay range from between $18-$30 per hour after training.
Daily tasks include:
Installation - Install and upgrade products and services including audio, video, telephone, high-speed internet, home automation, and security systems using small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment all while ensuring that the service operates within prescribed parameters.
Troubleshooting - Attempt to identify and remedy sources of audio, video, telephone, high-speed internet, home automation, security systems or customer-perceived problems.
Customer education- Show off your knowledge by educating customers regarding their existing and new services and propose solutions to any problems or concerns they may have.
