Quanterix Corp Clinical Scientist Salary in the United States

To continue our solid growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Clinical Scientist- Accelerator to join our growing organization.  This position will be part of our Accelerator team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing biomarker assays for clinical research clients under CLIA/GLP standards using Quanterix's proprietary Simoa technology.
• Apply your laboratory skills and experience to generate high quality data in support of a diversity of projects, which will include both immunoassay development and validation as well as testing and analysis of clinical samples using commercial kits. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for specimen processing, developing and running Simoa assays, analysis and interpretation of data, and writing in-depth reports and standard operating procedures. 
• This is a customer facing position that will also require interaction with clients to develop assays, review results and address technical questions. 
• A demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and document results is also important.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science and 3+ years of relevant experience, typically acquired in a clinical laboratory or clinical research organization or other experience qualifying the candidate as testing personnel under CLIA regulations
• Hands on experience running ELISA, qPCR, and/or Cell-Based Assays or similar
• Experience generating, analyzing, and reviewing data from those assays
• Experience in the following areas is a plus: conjugation chemistry, e.g. conjugating antibodies to solid surfaces (microbeads), biotinylation, process improvement techniques

• Knowledge of assay development and validation under CAP/CLIA and/or GLP regulations
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment, handles multiple priorities, and work with teams across the organization and external customers
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated with critical eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills critical for ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong work ethic to generate high quality data under tight deadlines
• A collaborative and proactive attitude are a must
