Position Summary:

Real Green Systems is looking for a great candidate for our Business Development Representative role. You will be working full-time out of our offices in Walled Lake, MI. The goal of a Business Development Representative is to generate qualified prospects through cold calling. You will get the opportunity to cold call 50+ clients a day to engage new prospects and talk about how our products can help clients in fields such as lawn care and landscaping. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into new accounts daily by phone
  • Network within new accounts to reach right contacts
  • Introduce ways Real Green Systems products can help solve the problems of potential clients
  • Track daily activities and meet assigned targets
  • Learn about the software, print solutions, and other services that Real Green Systems offers so that you can speak confidently about them to clients

Requirements:

  • Basic experience with MS Office or similar software is required
  • Must possess a “can do” attitude
  • Positive outlook that is not affected by being told “no”
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well with others
