In light of our rapid growth and future goals, the Portfolio Services team at Renters Warehouse is looking for a Portfolio Services Coordinator to join their group!

Schedule

Full-time |  Monday - Friday |  40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Overall support for Account Executives

• Handle incoming utility and Homeowners Association (HOA) bills and resolve any utility billing issues.

• Maintain utility and HOA vendor database and complete other data entry relating to utilities.

• Communicate with utility companies to ensure accurate client information.

• Collaborate with the customer service department on client issues as they arise.

• Support on maintenance approvals and escalations

• Assist with general communication between client and Renters Warehouse

• Complete special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Culture

Qualifications 

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service related field

• Property management and experience in an office setting is a plus

• Excellent customer service skills

• High sense of urgency and attention to detail

• Values accountability

• Basic computer knowledge (word, excel, etc.)
