Asset Controller

Kingsville, TX

As an Asset Controller for Rolls-Royce, you’ll play an integral role as part of our team based on our customer site. Your role will focus on planning, creating and managing engine and module builds in line with the latest executive business plan to ensure on time delivery in support of the Rolls-Royce F-405 Program.

Key Accountabilities:

• Production planning and control, workload projections, daily work-in-progress (WIP), load and capacity planning
• Creating and maintaining an induction schedule to support output budget forecast for engines and modules
• Controlling launch of engines and modules to support budget forecast
• Slotting engines and modules at Turn Around Time (TAT) stated by the streamer to meet expected deliveries by Accounting Period
• Measuring and reporting of lead-time, On Time Delivery (OTD) and ESV adherence to plan using the build tracker
• Capturing all labour hours, monitoring all parts usage, creating and maintaining all Bill of Materials

Basic Requirements:

• An Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience in supply management OR;
• A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in supply management OR;
• A Masters degree with 0+ years of experience in supply management  OR;
• A JD/PhD with 0+ years of experience in supply management OR;
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in supply management
• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US citizen

Preferred Requirements:

• Access Database experience
• Knowledge of NALCOMIS/OIMA and familiarization with ad hoc reporting within NALCOMIS
• Working knowledge of Systems Applications and Products (SAP)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Experience as an Asset Controller of parts, materials and/or equipment
