We are currently seeking a Full-time Dining Coordinator for our Dining Room.

Job Summary:

• As a Dining Coordinator, you will manage a team of food service professionals and be responsible for the overall service in the main dining room as well as special functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing QA Audits on all floors.
• Managing main dining room 2 days/week
• Assist with the general management of Homemakers
• Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchens, storage areas, loading docks and elevators.
• Ensures proper portioning of foods and attractive plate presentation by servers.
• Ensures the proper opening and closing of food service operations.
• Assists in the responsibility for all food service-related activities such as the homemaker program and even planning in household.
• Assist with meal services in a seated dining room setting, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of food service experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Some knowledge of food trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Communication skills both written and verbal.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
