Join us as an Assistant Branch Manager located in our Hinsdale In-Store branch where you will manage employees and resources of a branch office in an effective and efficient manner within Credit Union policies.

Pay: Salaried position. Based on experience.

Hours: Full time, based on Branch operating hours and coverage required.

Work location: Hinsdale In-Store

The Day to Day:

  • Support branch manager and staff to meet assigned goals for new member development and cross-selling of Service CU products.
  • Balance daily business (individual, ATM and branch) in U.S. dollars and Foreign Currency
  • Supervise or perform proper correction procedures for member accounts
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding credit union policies and procedures, member financial data, personal information, and work-related events.
  • Responsible for complying with all BSA/USA Patriot Act regulations as provided by the Security Officer of Service Credit Union, including but not limited to notifying supervisors of suspicious activity and excessive cash withdrawals.
  • Other duties as required

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Communicates effectively in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writing.
  • Works independently and is able to perform position duties with little or no supervision. ​
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of one year financial experience required.
