This position will be responsible for a team of sales professionals and will be tasked with: 

  • Leading and coaching a team of sales professionals in a lead generation (SDR) environment
  • Creating a high performing, data-driven, results-oriented work environment
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and performance goals
  • Building and optimizing talk tracks and email copy
  • Developing and executing ongoing coaching and development plans
  • Managing the SDR tech stack
  • Analyzing workflows and presenting and implementing process optimizations
  • Hiring and on-boarding new team members

Required Competencies and Experience:

  • Excellent leadership and management skill-set
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt and project company culture and values
  • Fluency with building, optimizing, and managing lead generation process
  • Strong understanding of sales coaching and motivational techniques

Required Experience: 

  • Sales leadership/management experience (at least one year)
  • Experience working in a high-velocity sales funnel (consumer or business)
  • Experience with an advanced tech stack

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling to SMBs
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with a software/workflow product
  • College degree
