SproutLoud is a Software plus Services platform that services  the local marketing needs of large organizations. Called Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), we help our clients manage their brands and distribute their marketing resources locally - through sales channels, franchisees, chain-retail locations, dealer networks, value-added reseller (VAR) programs, and field employees/offices - with a comprehensive distributed marketing solution. SproutLoud solutions manage brand compliance, increase speed to market, automate manual tasks, and provide robust reporting and business intelligence.

Summary

SproutLoud BDRs are quota-carrying Software as a Service (SaaS) sales professionals responsible for generating new sales and top line revenue opportunities for SproutLoud. It is expected that this individual can develop their own “book of business” through their seasoned selling and lead nurturing experience of account-based enterprise selling. SproutLoud will provide sales and marketing support to the Business Development Executive for opportunity / demand-gen support.

 

Challenges

  • Individual Sales quota attainment
  • Act as Sales lead on assigned opportunities with primary responsibility of developing and closing new business
  • Lead sales strategy and all presentations / discussions with assigned accounts
  • Build pricing recommendations based on budgetary guidance provided by account
  • Engage and canvas targeting opportunities for Assigned Targeted Tier 1 accounts; support Tier 2 account assignments as generated by marketing and SDR team
  • Broaden buyer and influencer contacts in the prospect account, and face-to-face interaction at trade shows - to generate sales qualified opportunities (without marketing support)
  • Plan conformance while minimizing contractual risk from clients by adhering to pricing plan trade-offs including features, agreement term, SLAs and contracting
  • Provide prospects with sales demos, sales proposals, price quotations, and all relevant account documentation
  • Own and be primarily responsible for all Prospect Deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities using CRM
  • Maintain and submit all expenses using SproutLoud processes
  • Be willing to travel when required by Prospects or SproutLoud events
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Self-Driver and autonomous with proper resource utilization and planning
  • Bachelors Degree required; completion of other sales development programs (for example, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling) a plus
