RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and document business requirements, process maps, risks and priorities to establish a clear understanding of the stakeholders’ needs in order to support solution development
• Deliver clear, concise and architecturally sound documentation
• Actively participate or lead early business validation of requirements during the development process
• Work with the development team, testing team and end user testers to ensure projects are delivered with high quality and zero defects.
• Engage various stakeholders throughout the company as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach problems from multiple angles to understand what the essence of the problem is
• Well-developed and strong inter personal skills and you are a thoughtful listener
• Thorough, persistent and follow through on a line of thought or questioning
• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst within an IT team
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the Force.com platform. Certification is preferred
• Familiarity with Dell Boomi. Certification is a preferred
• Ability to work and be successful in a team environment
• At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
