Job Summary

The Learning Technology Manager leads and executes design, growth and delivery of innovative technology-based education offerings to meet the training and learning needs of all ENPHG learners. This includes managing and maintaining the learning management system (LMS), creating and maintaining eLearning, Computer-Based Training (CBT) and blended courses, curating tools and software for learning and building the catalog of available learning resources. This role will collaborate with other HR leaders and People centers of expertise such as total rewards, team member relations, talent development and talent acquisition. They ensure the goals and outcomes of learning technologies are aligned with strategic goals of the organization.

Summary of essential job functions

Learning Technology/LMS Administration

  • In partnership with the Director, Learning, develop, design and implement a multi-year technology roadmap to support ENPHG’s learning strategy to build enterprise capability around learning technology as a business outcome enabler. 
  • Leads the selection, implementation and release/update roadmap of the Learning Management System. 
  • Work as a liaison with information technology department and HRIS administrator to ensure all learning technology is fully integrated with people systems across the enterprise. 

Learning Design/Asset Management

  • Assist team with production of instructional materials, including video, graphics, animations, and interactive media elements
  • Collaborate with appropriate teams to design and administer quality assurance assessment of courses and services offered
  • Facilitate the testing of learning assets to ensure effective deployment in the LMS, including the creation and maintenance/updating of all course/classes/sessions with the internal content owners across the business.
  • Designs and supports the enterprise learning content strategy including the selection and ongoing management of content library agreements and content partners. 

Strategy/Analytics

  • Build and cascade LMS data and analytic tools to create reports that inform progress and return on investment associated with learning programs.
  • Build and administer reporting tools that support compliance and audit requirements.

Project Management/Budget Management

  • Monitor project progress and identify issues derailing high quality results against the required projects. 
  • Lead the Learning Administration tasks for new site, renovation or rebuild projects for the assigned special strike team that may fall outside the day-to-day client accountabilities. Monitor progress and mitigates issues derailing high quality results against the required projects. 
  • Process invoices and monitors spend to budget to ensure projects and vendors are within budget. 
  • Support and lead special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in the areas of instructional design, education, e-learning, adult learning, educational technology, or another related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in learning technology management and administration
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline (v2+), Articulate 360, Learning Management Systems and learning analytics
  • Ability to master various technology, web and data management systems
  • Understanding of design and development principles, best practices, learning theories, and how they vary depending on delivery method
  • Working knowledge of e-learning authoring and development tools; familiarity with SCORM standards
  • Facilitation experience preferred
