The Recruiting Specialist is an essential partner to our field managers to ensure they can fill hourly positions and a member of the Talent Acquisition pillar. This position is accountable for new hire processing for management and hourly team members, applicant tracking system administration, and talent acquisition analytics. In addition, this role designs and leads interventions in support of barriers to sourcing, selecting, and hiring hourly team members across the ENPHG enterprise. Also, this is a brand advocate for talent branding across the enterprise. This role will collaborate with other HR leaders and People centers of expertise such as total rewards, employee relations, learning and HRIS. 


Responsibilities


STAFFING/TALENT MANAGEMENT

  • Identify barriers to hourly candidate flow and design/execute solutions ranging from manager training, applicant system enhancements, sourcing campaigns, and partnerships with HRBPs to solve root cause issues outside of recruiting.
  • Manage all hourly posting maintenance and associated internal financial tracking and reporting.
  • Intake hourly posting requests and offer solutions based upon strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Provide internal customer support for new hires to enable the online completion of pre-hire paperwork. Including company forms, I-9, W-4, etc.

APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION

  • Obtain and maintain ATS certification as system administrator.
  • Create all ATS management training, job aide creation and distribution.
  • Administer all user defined system access.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve ATS system issues.
  • Partner with HRIS on integration with all HR systems of record.
  •  Utilize assigned software’s ticket system and escalation process to notify vendor of system issues. Create service requests as needed for approved service needs outside of core delivered products.
  • Handles data entry or processing requirements if/when it is more efficient for an enterprise upload/resolution.
  • Maintaining or updating/creating new locations and job postings when needed.


STRATEGIC ACUMEN/ANALYTICS

  • Build insights and presentations regarding onboarding roadblocks against the established process to identify areas for increased speed and accuracy. Works with director of talent acquisition to streamline onboarding process.
  • Monitor data integrity in applicant tracking system for their assigned clients and facilitates data integrity improvement initiatives with their clients.  
  • Utilizes data from ATS to create performance dashboards including insights on areas of opportunity and strengths.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in human resources or with a recruiting agency.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and associated metrics. 
  • Proven data analytics skills and experience using Excel and PowerPoint to visualize data.
  • Data entry– maintaining data and auditing inputs.
  • Customer service– is the go-to person when employees encounter technical issues or have inquiries about the system, skills such as problem-solving and clear communication, are vital; Able to accept and facilitate change, Able to answer questions tactfully and diffuse difficult situations.
  • Provide internal customer service with a friendly and supportive communication style.
  • Confidentiality– be trustworthy and professional, maintaining confidentiality in all situations
  • Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks)
  • Ability to build relationships by phone/email/text, to generate awareness and candidate flow while providing timely candidate and manager follow up.
