As a member of the Synchronoss Service Delivery Team, the Project Manager will manage delivery and support functions for the company’s customers across multiple product lines. The primary focus will be implementation and support for the Synchronoss Financial Analytics solution.

The position includes planning, execution, control, coordination, monitoring and improvement of overall project activities during all its life cycle, deploying platforms and services, fully understanding and answering all customer needs, to achieve best in class services.

How you will help:

As a member of the Synchronoss Service Delivery Team, the Project Manager will manage delivery and support functions for the company’s customers across multiple product lines. The primary focus will be implementation and support for the Synchronoss Access Management solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead new Implementations across the Synchronoss Solution set, primary focus being Synchronoss Financial Analytics
• Develop detailed work plans, schedule estimates, resource plans, status reports, and implementation priorities
• Direct and coordinate the teams of operations, business, product and technical contributors to ensure the on-time, within budget, successful delivery of properly scoped high-quality project requirements
• Ensure factual, timely, and quality implementation tracking, analysis, reporting and communication strategies are utilized using established policies & procedures
• Proactively manage client expectations & performance guarantee commitments by partnering with all internal & external project stakeholders.
• Provide Customer Support for customers using Synchronoss software as a service (SAAS) products, including trouble ticket management, reconciliation and resolution. Specifically related to the Synchronoss Access Management product offering
• Serve as Lead communicator for overall project status, regarding issues, risk, & mitigation strategies for clients and Synchronoss.
• Recommend and take necessary actions to direct the analysis and solutions of problems; escalate when needed. Ensure developed solutions match Client requirements
• Create Technical Functional Requirement Documents detailing customization for the Account Payable module interfacing with customer AP systems.
• Liaison with Product Management to drive Product roadmap and create enhancement requirements when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting.
• 6 years of Project/Program Management experience in the SAAS environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects/customers across different product offerings
• 6 years of Project Management experience using Agile SDLC
• Basic SQL knowledge needed 
• At least 4 years using Business Intelligence Tools – Business Objects/Crystal Reports
• 25% travel

It would be great if you had:

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Licensed CPA
• Finance & Accounting Experience
• Experience with Telco Invoicing Guidelines – EDI/CABS
• Experience in Customer Support functions – ticket management, reconciliation/resolution
