Description

Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona, located in Phoenix, has been providing service for the past 50 plus years. Our core business sells and services food equipment like ice cream machines, grills and ice machines to customers such as McDonald's, Burger King, Dutch Bros Coffee and MOD Pizza; to name a few. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat and customer-friendly Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative.


Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher works closely with our technicians, parts, and accounting teams to help coordinate field and administrative activities. The DCSR serves as the key liaisons between our customers and our office. As the first point of contact for customers who need support, we’re looking for someone who is sharply customer focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think beyond the walls.

Our priority is to ensure we can expediently serve and delight our customers throughout Arizona, by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.


Requirements

WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

• Communicate with technicians via phone, computer and hand-held device

• Receive, schedule and dispatch reactive service and Preventative Maintenance (PM) calls

• Maintain customer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with technicians

• Consult with Service Manager as needed to determine actions on challenging calls

• Manage all aspects of the technician’s day; identify challenges and work closely with the Service Manager to resolve

• Manage not to exceed (NTE) limits as necessary to ensure timely repair and productivity

• Receive work orders and other technician documents for distribution

• Ensure timely and accurate billings of technician work

• Cross train to maintain strong territory support as needed


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2-4 years’ experience dispatching, and/or customer service via telephone in a high flow call center environment

• Fast food or fast casual restaurant industry experience

• Microsoft Office Suite: with emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word

• Ability to read maps and plan routing for multiple service technicians

• Highly motivated, self-starter and goal oriented with proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct     

        supervision

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work occasional overtime during the week on an as needed basis

• Team mentality and great customer service skills

• Punctual and dependable

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time


Preferred Skills & Experience:

• HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing or construction industry

• Ability to read and search technical manuals, diagrams and schematics

• Experience with commercial food equipment or ice machine repair

• 1-4 years project coordination or junior project management
