Our first product, Loop™ At-Shelf Maker Stories, is comprised of a network of tablets in grocery stores that play short films about the humans behind our products. The goal is simple: to capture and share stories of people who love what they do, driving emotional affinity for both vendor and venue.

Position Description
Reporting to the Executive Storyteller, the Story Success Manager is responsible for working with a portfolio of Looma’s brand partners to develop beautiful, impactful films—overseeing day-to-day project management, trafficking, and delivery. As this is both a creative and a tactical role, candidates must be able to engender trust from our brand partners, stay operationally excellent while holding dozens of brands in concert, and dive into new industries and skillsets with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Championing Looma’s vision and film guidelines to prospective + existing brand partners
  • Guiding brand partners through story development, artfully blending marketing know-how, the brand’s needs, and Looma’s secret sauce
  • Overseeing film campaign production schedules, ensuring timely delivery
  • Improving and adapting Story Success processes in response to volume and growth
  • Managing film partners during pre- and post-production
  • Maintaining Looma’s extensive database of film variables to inform our ML-driven story intelligence models
  • Sharing post-campaign analytics + ideas for improving future films

Primary Compensation

  • Salary: $50k-70k
  • Stock Options: 0.1% - 1.0%
