Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in the office building
• Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweep and mopping tile floors, cleaning toilets and urinals
• Vacuuming
• Emptying trash & recycling and replacing liners
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
• Performs Light maintenance work
• Performs additional duties as needed

Cleaner Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team
• Speak and understand English
• Previous cleaning experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check

Cleaner Work Hours and Benefits

• Permanent Full-Time position – approximately 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

Pay:

• $15-18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
