This position's objective is to assist with supervisory responsibilities as directed by the Customer Service Field Supervisor. The
Customer Service Assistant Foreman should approach this position in a proactive manner and consistently think outside the box. This position will provide consistent feedback regarding other team members to assist the CSFS in further development of the team. In the event that the CSFS is absent, this position will work with the Customer Service Director to coordinate the field work on a daily basis. This position requires the ability to multitask, work flexible hours, demonstrate a strong work ethic and integrity, exhibit confidentiality, display honesty, and in the best interest of the our team.
- Performs administrative duties by attending supervisor meetings, assist with team training programs, evaluate team and individual performance consistently through goals, Mid-year and Annual performance measures and assists in the recruitment of employees.
- Organizes, schedules, assigns jobs and monitors work of CSFTs, determine product needs and order parts and materials, evaluate work requests, create Program Maintenance for vehicle (PM) schedules, provide progress on productivity with effective communication consistently.
- Identify areas to be more efficient by reviewing work orders for potential development opportunities and to ensure that KPI's are being consistently achieved.
- Provide training to present /new employee's as designated based on zone assignment and job focus by the CSFF. In addition, assist in development of documentation for position expectations and SOP.
- Assist the Billing & Collections Department with readings and any other information they need/require to avoid estimation of bills. This can be achieved by following the workflow process through Dispatch.
- Handle escalations including; customer visits, water quality, contractor issues etc., as necessary.
- Establish a quality assurance program with the assistance of leadership to randomly check on Technicians in the field.
- Handle all commercial Disconnects, personally, within established guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED issued from an approved GED Administrator.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License.

Environmental factors include outdoor conditions; rugged terrain, slippery surfaces, varying weather, including, heat, cold, dry, wet weather. In addition, noise, darkness, brightness, vibrations, traffic, biological agents, chemicals, gas/ fumes, magnetic fields, or congested area. Environmental factors include indoor, flat surface, noise, sitting with occasionally walking and standing.
