We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our finance department. This person’s primary responsibilities will be working daily on our clients’ accounts and assisting the sales/service departments with billing inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Invoice customers utilizing subscription billing system
• Manage subscription changes and payment terms
• Updated clients’ subscription parameters
• Interface with sales and service departments
• Maintain departmental efficiency
• Assist with commission calculations

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous accounting experience
• Strong time management and e-mail management within a fast-paced environment
• Solid communication & collaboration skills
• Highly organized
• Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software and/or Encore a plus
