Specific Job Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers on behalf of SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
• Upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state of the art technology and client relationship management systems
• Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives.
• Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
• Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections.
• Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.

Compensation:

• Competitive Base hourly wages. Top call center agents make over $17/hr total compensation.  Base hourly + Commission

• Above average communication skills, written, verbal, listening and mathematical.
• Above average PC and data entry skills
• Above average job stability
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
