Title: Admissions Representative

Schedule: Day and Evening Full-Time Hourly Position

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling student enrollments along with multi- job duties, while meeting or exceeding departmental goals along with any other duties that maybe assigned. The candidate will have to work closely with administrative team and be a huge team player and motivator.

Job Description:

 Meet or exceed departmental goals

 Schedule Appointments for prospective students

 Inform prospective students about programs at Unitech Training Academy

 Ensure the prospective students meet the criteria in order to enroll at Unitech Training Academy

 Review all documents in the admissions packet with the prospective student

 Follow up with students frequently to assist them through the enrollment process

 Attend Job Fairs to seek prospective students

 Submit required reports to the Director

 Duties as assigned

Qualifications: Must have at least one year of administrative experience. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system and be knowledgeable in computers. Recruiting, sales, and public speaking experience is a plus. Must possess a high school diploma/G.E.D.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.58 - $24.00 per hour
