What does a Customer Success Representative do at companies like US AUTO SALES?

Position Summary

The Customer Success Representative is responsible for providing high quality customer service to US Auto Servicing consumers. A successful candidate is outgoing and dedicated to ensuring the customer has a great onboarding experience with USAuto Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Makes regular outbound calls to customers to welcome them to the USAuto family and start them on the right path to ownership within the first 75 days.
  • Ensures customer and account information in the Dealer Management System is accurate as per the contractual agreement.
  • Verifies customer's contact information to ensure future correspondence reaches the customer in a timely manner.
  • Handles all inbound and outbound calls related to early stage past due payments.
  • Processes payments, due date changes and amendments for applicable customers.
  • Utilizes multiple methods of communication, such as email, telephone calls, and mailings to follow up with customers regarding their accounts.
  • Follows all established policies and procedures within the Account Services department to ensure compliance adherence.
  • Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in making decisions.
  • Escalates complex cases to supervisor for resolution while taking accountability of conclusion within scope.
  • Serves as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to team members.
  • Achieves required score on department an FDCPA test.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of sales representative experience
  • Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Some college coursework
  • 1 year of call center, collections, and/or Buy Here Pay Here experience
