Summary
Responsible for the creation and execution of Asian player development plans and programs.
Job Duties
Works in conjunction with the Table Games and Marketing departments to establish goals and objectives to ensure market share growth and profitability. Develops and executes Asian Player Development plans and programs within market area as it relates to Player Development. Prepares quarterly progress and yearly goals. Identifies and establishes relationships with casino customers. Provides regular communication with and superior service for VIP gaming customers to drive trips and revenue growth. Assists with implementation of special programs, promotions, and events calendar to stimulate business opportunities. Provides preliminary pro-formas on all prospective Asian Player Development events. Reviews comp exception report for adherence to property standards and policies. Utilizes on property staff to resolve customer service gaps and deliver service recoveries in order to ensure guest satisfaction. Works closely with all outlets to provide maximum guest service for our patrons. Interfaces with casino credit department to develop procedures and marketing techniques to provide awareness and attract customers accordingly. Coordinates with Database Marketing Manager to improve and maintain accurate records of rated customer’ play activity. Authorized to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Five years minimum experience in related field of business. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
