Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Verana Health is seeking a Clinical Data Normalization Lead who will manage a team of Clinical Data Normalization Analysts responsible for normalizing healthcare data from a variety of electronic health records (EHR) and practice management system sources. This position will have the opportunity to lead and help set the direction for a fast-growing team within the data ingestion operation. The ideal candidate must thoroughly enjoy working daily with the intricacies and nuances of healthcare data and will have the opportunity to analyze a wide variety of new datasets and healthcare data models to expand their own knowledge and understanding. In addition, they will have the ability to apply strong critical thinking skills to lead a team in developing successful, repeatable, and scalable processes, capable of correctly analyzing future datasets.
