What does an CQI Clinical Supervisor (FT) do at companies like VICTOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES?

The Role: 
  • The CQI Clinical Supervisor directly reports to the Executive Director for the day-to-day operations of continued quality improvement. 
  • The CQI Clinical Supervisor provides oversight, development of procedures, and consultation to the assigned Victor program/site. 

Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the Agency-wide CQI/Compliance Work-group meetings.
  • Trains management and office support team members to review daily documents for clinical quality.
  • Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to review development needs, standards adherence, and trends in staff documentation patterns.
  • Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to ensure that all cases receiving Specialty Mental Health Services, including Medication Support, are audited intermittently AND at case closure.
  • Shall use the Victor Internal Compliance CQI Chart Audit Tool to perform the audits.
  • Ensures that the intermittent and/or case closure audits are representative of all staff providing and documenting services.
  • Identifies areas of recognition and areas needing increased attention to the management team to improve procedures.

Requirements:
  • Completion of a clinical program with a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science from an accredited educational institution.
  • Two years’ post-license experience and/or post masters management experience in a related field.
  • Must possess a license in California as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LMFT, or LPCC)
  • Must possess a valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance and driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy; Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.
  • Must be physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency's Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations for the position and must be willing to complete a health screening physical examination that includes a drug test.
  • Must provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster if eligible.

Pay: $72,765.00 - $81,512.00 per year
