This is a full-time Technical Account Manager position and has a great opportunity for individuals that want to grow with a company.

The Technical Account Manager will work with the entire Support Desk related to, but not limited to: Project Support/Execution, Procurement, Bench work and general Help Desk Support. The ideal person for the position will be self-driven, highly motivated and capable of multitasking in a high activity environment. They should be dedicated to growing their team by creating a successful career path through the company and adaptable to the company’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of and evaluate performance metrics of your team
  • Mentor team members to improve & provide growth
  • Drive deadlines of project expectations and communication
  • Regularly review members of team and keep them updated on progress
  • Quality control of calls/support tickets
  • Establish best practices
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features/products to meet their requirements
  • Client retention
  • Participate in the development of processes and documentation for the department
  • Address all product related queries on time
  • Schedule on-sites for your clients
  • Maintain bench work process

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager
  • Solid technical background with hands on experience in basic technologies
  • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
