About the Job
Our personal Injury law firm serves the state of Arizona and provides the highest level of service with integrity and talent. We are looking for an Intake Department Manager to oversee and help us grow our inbound and outbound Intake Center which currently employs less than 10 intake team members. The successful applicant will be responsible for directing the workflow and workload of the intake team. This person will work in collaboration with the Marketing Department, Attorneys and Management.

We are looking for a highly organized professional with management experience who can ensure the most efficient operations of our Intake Department. Your goal will be to increase client satisfaction and well as ensure that our Intake team members meet their weekly and monthly goals.

Requirements

The Intake Center is open 5 days a week from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and currently employs less than ten team members. Our ideal candidate will be able to work during those business hours. 

Duties include:

  • Hire, train and onboard new Intake team members as required to meet firm needs
  • Manage scheduling of Intake Coordinators
  • Provide coaching, training and assistance to intake coordinators on an ongoing basis
  • Accountable for successful processing of all inquiries to the firm
  • Ensure that all employees follow the company's best practices for call center management and operations
  • Develop training presentations motivate and educate
  • Communicate company goals to every Intake team member
Skills:

  • 3 - 5+ years' experience in managing telemarketing or an inbound/outbound in a small to medium call center environment
  • Able to use CRM software and Microsoft Teams Phones
  • Reading and analyzing data and ability to work with Marketing Department
  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills required
  • Able to inspire and motivate
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills required
