Position Overview

The role as a Mid-Market Account Manager (AM) is to learn Zones’ offerings and fluently speak to their value proposition in order to effectively represent Zones and our capabilities to our clients to ensure that they view Zones as a single source for all their IT needs. This role is the perfect opportunity to develop the skills and expertise with the end game of becoming an Account Manager in our Mid-Market sales segment.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Education, Certifications, & Technology Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional experience:
    • Minimum:1 year (1 – 2 companies/positions)
    • Not to exceed: 3 years
  • Sales experience:
    • Lead qualification/prospecting
    • One year of B2B experience
    • Handling high volume calls
    • Quota driven sales
  • Technology Requirements:
    • Working knowledge of all Microsoft suite applications
  • Previous experience with a CRM and/or HubSpot preferred
